Here is a sample report that is still a work in progress. If anyone would like to swap intro to sections, or anything else you can email me at 1bskelly@msn.com

Updated to a newer verision. I made some drastic changes last night stripping all unnescarry items that the state does not require. I will try to post it next week. More streamlined.

removed due to an error..

Ben, I think you've done an awesome job so far! Great usage of photos and layout. Any idea how many photos are in the report total?

Dominic,  I was wrong earlier today, I did send the wrong one with the client. Luckily he called about an hour ago wondering what was up.... I had the saved pdf for myself on the computer, but apperantly I closed HIP, then opened it, and open the data file, generated, and emailed the wrong one. Lesson learned.

When you go to print a pdf now it automatically fills in the name of the pdf based on the open inspection. You can of course change it if you want. I know in the past guys would click on the filename already listed as they'd already generated a report and sometimes click the wrong one. Now you can avoid that by just clicking Generate Report, the name will already be filled in so just click Save and you're set.

Did you still have the inspection file to regenerate the report and send it?

No, the file was saved in the begining of the inspection, not at the end. But I did have one copy of the completed pdf saved to my computer. I opned back up the client file, generated report and sent that one instead of the right one. Its kinda confusiing, but I learned what I did.

Hey Ben,

Do you mind posting another one of your sample reports? I've seen your work and you have a very good example of a detailed report.
