It helps keep the support calls down, which means I have time to get more features added!

When I first started adding links, I created sub catagories of the states, they appeared in a horizontal row and not in a column. Also, I don't remember them alphabetizing.
Also, is there a way to hide "(no links in this catagory)?"
... or how about a zip code box? maybe someday...

If he could set up an "inspectorfinder" and have it show up really high in SEO, it would be great.

There is a home inspector finder spot on his site. You can check it out - I listed there, but don't know what it has done as of yet. As to thinking, I do it all that time, but it does hurt...

In each entry, there is a time signature and my name, how can I remove or hide that?

You can remove the time signature bit by going to Themes, click configure next to your theme, click Global at the top. Then uncheck the boxes you don't want time stamps on. You really only need it for blogs.
All the people I've seen create state categories comes out verticaly. If you see something different, let me know.
Yes the inspector directory is up, click on Find a Inspector from the left meu on the main page and add your site if you haven't already. I've seen quite a few people end up there after searching (mostly from MSN.com). Slowly its rank will get better.

Ok Dom, done.
Now I'm trying to change my menu re: links and don't want to loose all of my work.
Right now, when I click on links, it brings me to Catagories. I have changed my menu tab to read Home Inspector Websites instead of Links.
When I click on Home Inspsector Websites, I want it to bring me directly to the Home inspector page, without having to choose the catagory. How can I do that without loosing all my work?

Go to Menus, under Navigation Menu click "Add Menu Item", then call it Home Inspection Websites or whatever else you want to call it and make the path links/weblink/3 (you'll notice that's the direct path to the home inspector page).
