Does anybody else have this issue.

I change the separator from comma to bullet. Remove the description to be blank. Then save template and report.

Every time I come back to the template or report it is back to a comma and the word materials is present.

I save template and report every time I make a change and it does not work for this.

I am not opening other templates or old reports.

Please help as I am tired after only 6 reports of changing this at least once sometimes 2 or 3 times within the same report. Cry

David,

You really need to connect to live support again so we can look at this. When I watched you do it a few days ago you were saving the template, but then opening up an old report. Newly saved templates will never affect existing inspections. Jump online what you get a chance.

Problem was from me going from one template to another and from old reports.

I want to change my line/bullets selection.. I'm hoping there is a master selector some where to pick my new choice that will change all of them at once, or do I have to go and do them all individually? I hate to think how many there are, (plus I have 2 templates, so I would have to do it twice.)

Actually there's not right now but I have it slated for the next release which I hope to release in the next week. If I can get a few other things I have to finish today (damn Taxes, new upload report feature for non HIP users, etc) then I'll try to get it in.
