First, you have the same thing with your home page. Whenever you update the url of your home page, you have to update the home page field under Site Information (last field on the page) so the site knows what your new home page should be.

For your online agreement page. The menu link is pointing to http://bobbuilderenterprises.homeinspectorpro.org/Bob-Builder-Online-Inspection-Agreement but I bet if you go to content and scroll down to the page you can see you named it Bob-Builder-Inspection-Agreement.html (notice online is gone). So you either need to delete the menu link from Menu, or update the alias on the agreement page so they match up.
