While Nick's site doesn't look like any of our themes, it's actually Theme 5. He replaced the entire top image with one of his own using the new image replacement feature under Theme Configuration. This gives it a totally custom look. He could have replaced the footer image as well. As of today you can do this with themes 1-8 with more to follow shortly.
