Wow! Is there anything the owners can do? Was that a new home they purchased?

Nice report example! Thanks for posting it, it shows the flexibility of HIP and how it can do more than just full home inspections.

They have been fighting Richmond American for 7 years. They built it and of course are ready for a lawsuit.

Yikes, 7 years later is quite a long time. Hopefully they can recuperate the cost. You'd think the manufacturer would settle rather quickly due to the cost of litigation.
