So, is that a special microwave that smokes food as well  Grin Report looks good. Note to others, Russ checked the box under Report Options to put the report into continuous mode so that each section does not start on it's own page to keep the report shorter. He's also made extensive usage of the documents feature. Thanks for posting that Cheesy

Just a note about microwaves and how they can make an inspection intresting.

Remember the popcorn bean bags that NACHI gave out for free? Well I just got the thing and popped it into the microwave and hit the auto timer to check it for a few seconds. I got distracted by something and that bag went nuts from the microwaves and started to turn black and gave off that awful burnt popcorn smell. I had to get that bag out quick but the more I moved it around to get it into the sink for a quick bath, the more the smoke flew all over the kitchen.
I was standing there looking pretty stupid with a wet, smelly bean bag in a pot when my clients came running into the kitchen. I back peddled as quickly as I could and told them it was a defective bag and the microwave performed as intended. Picked up my notebook, made a notation to that effect and asked if they had any questions?
No. okay lets look at the master bedroom, then on we went.
I won't use another bean bag again, although it's a good tool for the Dog and Pony show.

Nice save! I remember being at my grandmothers house when I was younger and she put a bag of popcorn into the microwave. A few minutes later flames were coming out of the microwave. Quite a sight!
