Ok, did a little research. Google Analytics doesn't track spiders, and it makes sense. Spiders don't execute javascript which is how Google tracks visitors. I'll see if I can figure something else out.

Spiders could visit your site every day but your results could still get updated once every 3 months, it isn't a 1 to 1 deal. If you've installed google analytics it should tell you what spiders have been checking out your site.

I try and do exterior and roof first thing.  I've thought about making HVAC my third choice, just because sometimes it take a little while to get it checked out then up and running for proper temp readings.  I'm a newbie tho, I'm still wearing diapers in the inspection world.  lol

Oh I have tons of idea's!  lol  I make lists of em.  The last one I came up with was LED's in outlet covers for night lights.  Found a patent on em tho.  Sad
