Title: Theme 4 (2 shades of brown) Post by: Dominic Maricic on March 09, 2008, 02:44:10 AM I have added a new position to Theme 4 in the top left corner called Header. This means that you can now go to Blocks and add a new block the the header region and it will appear in the top left corner. This is extremely useful if you'd like to add your own custom logo or your own text and want more control.
Note, that by default the Site Name and Slogan which you enter into the Site Information screen occupies the top left area, as well as the Logo you load into the themes Configuration. If you use the block in the header position instead, it is suggested that you uncheck including the Site Name, Slogan and Logo by going to Themes and then clicking on Configuration next the Theme 3. This will remove that text so only your block info appears. This region is 450 pixels wide so if you want to create your own logo for the area that would be the maximum width. Theme 4 can handle menus in the left or right region and also has a footer region where you can add content as well. If you want text at the front top you can also use the mission statement area. Title: Re: Theme 4 (2 shades of brown) Post by: Dominic Maricic on April 18, 2008, 04:17:17 AM You can now replace the top header image of Theme 04 with one of your own. It must have the dimensions of 784 pixels wide and 211 pixels high. I've attached an image to this post that contains a blank image with these dimensions including the border around the existing image for your use.
