I've slogged through other processes, but yours - with both animated and step-by-step tutorials, makes even a PC dinosaur like me look like a pro. And, thanks for your patience, whenever I have had emailed or phone (do you ever sleep?!) questions. Finally, the way you can "remote control" my pc to bail me out of whatever mess I've gotten myself into is amazing - and deeply appreciated. You're the best argument for human cloning I've come across, as it's probably the only chance you'll have to take a break!
