My name is Allen Catterton and I own and manage CATTERTON HOME INSPECTIONS. My business reputation is the most valuable asset it has. Positive word of mouth referrals by friends, associates and family members of my clients is more effective and beneficial than any amount of paid advertising that I can purchase.I have performed hundreds of inspections in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. New construction as well as residential and commercial re-sales, along with 4-Point insurance inspections, comprises the majority of inspections that I perform I come from a technical and scientific background and my work experience has entailed over 30 years of testing and evaluation and I have been active in home construction and Real Estate sales during that period. All home inspections evolve around an initial visual analysis of the home or structure and understanding the interrelationship of the components is crucial to accessing the condition and state of the home. I complete an average of 24 course hours of continuing education per year in order to sustain my position as a certified home inspector and that affords me with the opportunity to enhance my skills and become aware of new procedures or testing equipment.     As your home inspector I act as your advocate in establishing the soundness and dependability of the home you are about to purchase. The inspection fee that is charged is oftentimes the best investment you can make to insure that you are buying a practical, functional home.
