The goal of Accuracy Assured Home Inspections is to provide the client with a clear, detailed, and easy to read inspection report. Accuracy Assured Home Inspections offers the following services.
As a NACHI member I have agreed to adhere to the industries highest standard of continuing education requirements. NACHI members are required to pass a comprehensive online examination with a score of 80% or better before even being accepted as a member and every year after. No other home inspection association requires this of their members. As a member I also must complete and pass numerous courses in order to maintain my membership. You can view NACHI's membership requirements at http://www.nachi.org/membership.htm and compare them to any other home inspection association out there. NACHI's Certified Residential Inspectors require the most education in the industry.
As a NACHI member I must adhere to NACHI's Standards of Practice. This means I will attempt to inspect all of the following (when accessible):
Review the NACHI Standards of Practice for complete details or contact me with any specific questions. My Promise to You Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
